- Orders
Once you have selected the items of your choice, all the items will be added to your basket.
The next step will be to go through the checkout process and complete the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the checkout process, completing or verifying the information requested in each step.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also send you an email with shipping confirmation and Invoice for your purchase.
- Prices and delivery charges
We offer free shipping on all orders over 60€
The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
If we are unable to deliver your order in full, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
- Taxes and fees for non-EU countries
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
Depending on your delivery address, additional charges may apply. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches its destination. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
- Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Items should not have been washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags must be intact.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service.
Customised items cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund.
- Return of damaged or faulty items
If the item that you have received is damaged or faulty, please notify us promptly. We will provide a full refund, including delivery charges.
The refund will be paid using the same payment method originally used to pay for your purchase.
- Exchanges
If you decide that the item you have purchased is the wrong size, you may request a change in its size.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Payment methods
Credit card
You can enter your payment details in our secure page using a valid credit card (VISA, Mastercard). If the information is not valid, an error message will appear, preventing you from concluding the payment.
The total amount will be debited in your account once you have placed your order.
All your purchase transactions are strictly confidential and this data will not be stored. For this reason, you will be asked to re-enter your payment details for every new transaction on our website.
- Complaints/Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event that our Customer Services are unable to resolve any complaints, we inform you that in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and based on EU Directive 2013/11, customers can refer to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. The ODR platform can be accessed through the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
With this platform, consumers are able to resolve any disputes arising from the online purchase contract out of court.
In the event of any dispute, the costumer has the right to appeal to the CCAP https://cicap.pt/

- Order cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of your order.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still request its cancellation. Please note that, in this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Estimated delivery times:
Portugal – Delivery in 1-2 business days
European countries – Delivery in 3-7 business days
Rest of the World – Delivery in 10-15 business days
